After releasing our Automatic Database Backups feature last week, now we have something else to announce :)
You know that we care about your user experience and want to make it better and better, so we have decided to implement something really cool to our platform and that's Let's Encrypt.
Let's Encrypt is a free, automated, and open certificate authority (CA) that issues domain-validated security certificates. They let people and organizations around the world obtain, renew, and manage SSL/TLS certificates.
Their certificates can be used by websites to enable secure HTTPS connections.
The key benefits of the Let’s Encrypt certificates are:
cost-free
automatic installation
trusted by all major browsers
Starting from today, every user of SashiDo can set up SSL on the custom domain name used with their app.
You will be able to activate the SSL within a few clicks of the mouse. What is more, once you enable your certificate, we will renew it every 3 months for you automatically, so will you no longer have to worry about it :)
How to use Let’s Encrypt at SashiDo:
You can activate your Let's Encrypt certificate through your app dashboard -> App Settings -> Emails & Hosting.
