Non-migrated accounts will not be able to access the new GCP Seoul region when it launches
To migrate your billing account, you can follow the steps below:

2. Click ‘Migrate’ option beside your billing account ID.
3. On the next page, you can update your payments profile and Tax ID (if needed).
4. Save.
